Paneer Veg Toast Recipe consists of my favorite toppings and extremely delicious at the same time healthy for your body.
recipeIngredient (used american measuring cup, 1 cup = 250 ml)
  • • ¼ cup Boiled Corn
  • • 6 cubes of Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
  • • ¼ cup Boiled Matar (Peas)
  • • 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi (Dried Fenugreek leaves)
  • • 8 to 9 Pods pf Garlic chopped
  • • 1 small sized Onion
  • • 2 Green Chillies chopped
  • • 2 cubes Cheese optional
  • • 1 tbsp Olive oil/ Butter
  • • Grated Cheese (optional)
How to make the recipe?
  1. Boil peas and sweet corn seperately.
  2. Take Paneer and grate them.
  3. Take a small Pan add Olive Oil or Butter. Firstly add chopped garlic and green chilies. Now put onions once onion becomes light pink in color, Than add peas, corn and paneer to it .
  4. Saute all the vegetables well. Now add Kasuri methi and sprinkle some salt to it. Stir for 2 to 3 mins on medium fire now turn off the gas.
  5. Take 2 slice of bread pat butter on both sides place the vegetable on the bread and spread evenly.
  6. Now grate cheese on it than cover with the other bread. I haven't added cheese but you can add for more taste. Repeat the same procedure with other 2 bread .
  7. Keep both the sandwiches to toast or grill on an electric sandwich maker until golden brown and crisp roughly about 10 mins on medium mode. Slice the Toasted Paneer Sandwich and serve hot with chutney and sauce.
  8. You can have them for breakfast or snacks ideal food to eat any time during the day. If you don't have an electric toaster or grill there is nothing to worry about. As you can toast the bread seperately and make the vegetable mixture on another pan . Now add the mixture on the toasted buttered bread and top with cheese . Hooray your sandwich is ready !
Notes
1. You can make this mixture and keep them in the fridge for 2 to 3 days just slightly warm them before making the sandwich.
2. You could also choose mushrooms, mashed potatoes, carrots or any vegetable and add to this sandwich.
3. Instead of chillies you can use Black Pepper or Grated Ginger.
4. If using cheese just top over the filling and toast it.
