Ragi Oats Porridge

recipeIngredient (used american measuring cup, 1 cup = 250 ml)
  • 2 tbsp organic ragi flour / ragi flour
  • 1 cup water / milk / soy milk ( I used water)
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp organic jaggery powder/ sugar/ low cal sweetener
  • 7 walnuts crushed
  • 7 cashew nuts crushed
  • 1 tbsp water if required
How to make the recipe?
  1. Take a vessel combine all the ingredients except nuts. Place on low heat.
  2. I used water you could use milk. Keep stirring in between so that no lumps are formed.
  3. The mixture will start thickening. If it becomes too dry add little water if required.
  4. Add crushed nuts and cook for 2 mins more.
  5. Switch off the gas serve Ragi Oats Porridge hot.
