Ragi Oats Porridge

- 2 tbsp organic ragi flour / ragi flour
- 1 cup water / milk / soy milk ( I used water)
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp organic jaggery powder/ sugar/ low cal sweetener
- 7 walnuts crushed
- 7 cashew nuts crushed
- 1 tbsp water if required
- Take a vessel combine all the ingredients except nuts. Place on low heat.
- I used water you could use milk. Keep stirring in between so that no lumps are formed.
- The mixture will start thickening. If it becomes too dry add little water if required.
- Add crushed nuts and cook for 2 mins more.
- Switch off the gas serve Ragi Oats Porridge hot.
