  • 1 and ½ cup Almond Powder or Finely Grounded
  • 1 cup Icing Sugar Or as sweetness required
  • 2 t/s Vanilla Extract or Essence
  • 4 tbsp Cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
How to make the recipe?
  1. Take a heavy bottomed pan. Combine almond powder, cream, butter, sugar and essence with a spoon or spatula.
  2. Cook all of them on low flame. Once the mixture starts leaving the edge of pan. Switch off the gas.
  3. Let this mixture cool slightly. You could add shredded coconut as I have used. Now divide the dough into 2 parts. Add cocoa powder to one part and powdered rose petals to other. Now roll them into desired shapes.
  4. Keep them in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours. Your Marzipans are ready to be served.
  5. Before serving you can make colorful wrappers to your marzipans.
  6. Also you can decorate marzipans with some candies to make it more attractive. Now place these decorated Marzipans on a nest if you have made one.
  7. Otherwise just serve them on a platter. Have colorful marzipans and your assorted marzipans are ready.
