Baked Bread with Chees

My gas ran out and I don’t feel ashamed to say I don’t know how to fix the knob of other gas cylinder. As I make my hubby do that reason being I am not so good at that. It’s good to accept somethings you are not good at. This is one of mine I am sure you have one of your’s too ? which you ain’t good at.

Baked Bread with Chees

I was planning to make mixed sprouts curry but because of gas fiasco……. I thought of making Baked Bread with Cheese  and Mixed sprouts. Turned out quite healthy and filling. I gobbled most of it and kept one sandwich for my hubby. Also waited for him to fix the gas knob 😉

Also I have toasted some sandwiches and baked some. Both taste equally great however I prefer baked one more. Hmmm had a great breakfast in the morning. Wanna know what I had? I ate Aloo Puris with Black Tea! Guess won’t be hungry till noon now!

This does look like a tasty as well as protein packed sandwich. It is always good to find a new recipe for a sandwich that does not require any spread nor meat! I really like the elements in this -well done Maria!
