Banana Milkshake (Sugarfree & Vegan)

May 16, 2020 by maria 2 Comments

Banana Milkshake Recipe – a great energy booster made with bananas, coconut milk and honey. To spice it up have added cardamom powder. So it’s sugar-free hence less on calories. This shake is creamy, smooth and full of flavors.

Banana Milkshake (Sugarfree & Vegan)

You could make this with milk but prefer mine with coconut milk. Also, in Ayurveda except mango, no fruit is compatible with milk. So try following Ayurveda as they are always beneficial. Secondly, coconut milk is a great alternative to milk and also great for vegan and people having allergies to dairy products.

Yes, but you could replace honey with sugar. I love honey with the cold shakes or desserts. Also to spruce it up you could add vanilla essence. I have gone more desi with Indian flavor hence used cardamom powder.

The other important element in shakes is ice cubes they give a perfect texture and coolness to your drink. But if you don’t prefer ice-cubes then add chilled coconut milk which would do the work.

Similar way you could make strawberry, chikoo or any fruit shake.
