Aloo is my favorite vegetable. Although I avoid eating Aloo to curb my pitta level. But Once in a while I always binge on Aloo. I add dash of hing to Aloo so it doesn’t gives you stomach problems. Very few people know that Aloo is a rich source of Vitamin C.

I realised there were lot of Aloos lying in my Kitchen. So I decided to make something with these Aloos. I was feeling eating something sour and spicy. That is when I came to a conclusion to make this Chatpata Aloo Recipe.

I have first parboiled the potatoes. Later peeled their skin and fried them. Kept these fried Aloos aside. Dabbed some tissue paper on them to remove excess oil. Weight watchers could just boil them completely. Omit the frying part. But let me tell you the parboiled fried potatoes tastes yum.
