Cold Coffee (flavored)

June 2, 2020 by maria 4 Comments

Easy Cold Coffee Recipe with cardamom is spiced coffee, refreshing and quite delicious tastewise. I have posted earlier a lot of cold coffee recipes on blog. But loved the spiced version my hubby and mom loved the flavor. As coffee has its flavor but the cardamom powder just boosts and gives a nice aromatic and spiced taste your cold coffee. Try it and experience yourself !

Cold Coffee (flavored)

I have spiced with cardamom powder and a bit of nutmeg powder. Also this a easy peasy recipe no grinding, mixing or beating the mixture. Only preparation you have to do is make the coffee-sugar syrup and you are all ready to make this drink. But if you love vanilla then do add vanilla extracts or powder.

You would require loads of ice cubes as this has to be served chilled. Just wait for the coffee syrup to cool down before you add milk, else it might split. Use any good quality espresso or coffee powder, I used homemade coffee powder. Mostly use all home-made stuff as I don’t trust too much on store bought products with the kind of mixing which happens. Hope I am not scaring you 🙂

We had cold coffee with some cheese chili toast sandwiches for lunch yesterday. Yeah sometimes even bloggers don’t cook and need a break 😉 I sometimes make snacks likesandwiches or light lunches specially in this unbearable heat. Awaiting monsoon love rains !

3. Now strain or sieve this mixture. Allow this mixture to cool down. If you add hot coffee with chilled milk it might split so be careful.

4. Add loads of ice in serving glass. Pour half glass with coffee syrup and rest of glass with chilled milk. I don’t have a pic for this one.
