One of my hot favorite Corn Chili Toast Sandwich…Yum my mouth is already watering even after gulping 2 whole Corn Chili Toast. My mom, dad and my pet just loved it. We made this as snack for Tea Time. Corn Chili Toast is hot, spicy, terrific and perfect snack to eat while its raining outside:)…. All of us enjoyed this fiery Corn Chili Toast. It’s a must try! also eat at any time of the day.
Its quite cloudy outside so there isn’t enough sunlight for my pics. I had to use artificial lights so my pics aren’t shot so well this time. Nevertheless I am happy to share this mouth watering recipe with all of you. You could add more veggies but I prefer this way.
The best part of this sandwich is you don’t require lot of ingredients. Its simple even bachelors can make them easily. I have grilled them in my electric sandwich maker. You can toast them in an ordinary toaster also.

)
Hey Manisha,
Hope you doing great yeah do try them and lemme know how were they?
Love,
Maria
I am thinking I will have to make a trip to Murray Hill (known as curry hill) in NYC to get hold of Chat Masala I need some Fenugreek seed anyhow.
This looks like great comfort food and it would be easy to adjust to a more latin type dish just changing the spices.
Hi Mike,
In case Chat Masala is not available you can combine cumin seed powder, rock salt, dry mango powder, pomegranate seed powder, Black Pepper Powder, Dry Ginger, Chili Powder, Nutmeg Powder, Asofoetida powder, Bishops Weed and Black salt. Either you can get their powders and mix them all Or you can grind them into a processor but everything should be dry. Your Indian Chat Masala is ready. Hope this helps you also Mike you can tweak this recipe a bit. You can add oregano, black pepper, jalapeno instead of chat masala.
Cheers,
Maria
