Egg Masala Dry is a quick and healthy meal! Had lot of eggs back home so tried this dish. I wasn’t in a mood to make something heavy and complicated. At the same time I wanted to make something delicious and yummy. So I just came up with this instant tasty version called Egg Masala Dry! Indian Style. This dish is done in jiffy minutes and gets over sooner than that 😉 …….
Basic Ingredients goes in to make this dish. It’s easy even bachelors can try them. You can club this dish with bread, rotis Or rice. It goes well with anything in fact you can also keep it as a starter. I will not forget to thank my mom as she makes them very well. She adds tomatoes as well but I had no tomatoes at home. So I made without them.
However the output was amazing. My hubby liked them he also liked the spinach pakoras. I had made for him specially these side starters for him. He enjoyed them a lot. Today’s menu I guess will make sambar, rice, papad and dried shrimp. My mouth is watering already.
We love eggs back home specially hubby so have made lot of egg curries and recipe. I have a made a lot of egg curries which I am yet to post it. Some curries are really easy to make and healthy too. Some egg recipes I tried are Quick Egg Curry Indian, Egg Curry Mughlai Style, Egg Bhurji Mumbai Style,Hot and Spicy Anda Curry, Thai Red Curry with Egg
