Actually, when I made this cake I had all the ingredients except eggs. Then what anyways I love eggless cakes. However, the challenge was to make the cake spongy and that texture. I tried them and the result was nice texture, spongy, fluffy, soft and delicious cake. I added some orange zest and some juice to give that tangy and juicy flavor.

Also, I utilized choco chips for the crunchy taste in the cake. I also used some almond flakes for the nutty flavor. The result was chocolaty,  soft textured, super delicious and yummy cake that too eggless version. Eggless Black Forest Cake is easy to make. I also will help you right from scratch how you make? with step by step instructions and pics.

Sri these are for 2 small cakes either you could place 2 small cakes and make a layered cake or just make one cake. Pan size should be around 8 inches. You could use glucose syrup or honey.

surely try and let me know how it was thanks.

Thanks Sarah 🙂 golden syrup is thick amber colored form of sugar syrup. It is used in a variety of baking recipes and desserts. It has an appearance similar to honey, and is often used as a substitute for people who do not eat honey. I had bought from Crawford Market Mumbai it’s available in most shops now. Hope this helps you 🙂

Well this is not just the standard Black Forest Cake here! Of course all of your cakes have your trademark of unique touches to them. I like the addition of the orange flavors as well as the flax and sunflower seeds in there. Definitely gives the cake some extra crunch as well as another complimentary fruit flavor in there. I am not sure I could have waited until the next day! Delicious creation Maria!
