Fresh Litchi Martini

Refreshing, light, Fresh Litchi Martini is here right now. I am sharing this delightful Litchi Martini recipe with all of you. Make this Litchi Martin drink it and welcome summer. Get active with this fizzy Litchi Martini. Oh god I just loved them can you give me some more Litchi Martini :)…. You can call this as Litchi Cocktail also or Martini.

Litchi Martini

Its quite easy to make and made with only few ingredients. All you require is fresh Litchi fruit and Soda. I love Litchi Squash mostly have from Mapro Brand. But it gets over so soon (: so I decided to make home and make how much I want to make 🙂

Litchi Martin

Serves: 4 People

Total Time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 10 to 12 Litchi
  • 2 Cups Soda / lemonade Or as required
  • 6 tbsp Sugar Or as sweetness required
  • 8 tbsp Rose Syrup (Optional)
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice (Optional)
  • Few Ice cubes

Method:

Peel off Litchi’s skin remove the seed.

Combine them into a processor with sugar. Grind until smooth puree is formed.

Take tall glasses or any glass you desire. First add Rose syrup into all glasses.

Now pour Litchi puree evenly into all glasses. If using Lime juice distribute evenly.

Add soda or lemonade upto the brim of glass.

Lastly add ice cubes. Decorate with flowers or mint leaves.

Tip:

  1. You can make such Martini with any fruit pulp except bananas, papayas etc
  2. Also I have used Rose syrup you can use some other fruit juice or just have plain Litchi.
