Easy Instant Onion Tomato Salad Recipe.

recipeIngredient (used american measuring cup, 1 cup = 250 ml)
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • ½ lime juice
  • 1 t/s rock salt
  • 1 green chili chopped
How to make the recipe?
  1. Chop onion, tomatoes and chili.
  2. Take a mixing bowl. Combine chopped onion, tomatoes, green chili, rock salt and lime juice. Mix all nicely with a spoon or your fingers.
  3. You could serve the salad chilled Or at room temperature.

    We all need to start eating a little bit healthier, so I am glad you posted this. Onions have so many great health benefits. This is a great combination to serve like an appetizer, bruschetta comes to mind. Have a great weekend.
