Yummy Mango Mousse … I was longing to make this Mango Mousse with Mango Pulp for a real long time. If there were Mangoes the thought of making Mango Mousse never hit me and when I wanted to make Mango Mousse there were no Mangoes at home lol. Nevertheless this time I made a conscious effort to get Mangoes from the market to make this Mango Mousse with Mango Pulp. My family quite liked it. I love it too.
I wanted to make a veg Mango Mousse and that do instantly. Now I have used Marsh Mallows which are veg. Marsh Mallows is very complicated topic to discuss and to debate if its veg or non veg?… As some say its made from gelatin which is derived from animal bones, some say from eggs some even say its made from plant roots. So its safer to use veg or vegan marshmallows or china grass(agar agar) Or veg Gelatin. Kosher brand and few USA companies make veg or vegan marsh mallows. Its entirely upto you if you are non vegetarian even simple marsh mallows can be great for you 🙂
This Mango Mousse is quite simple to make and made with few ingredients. Its so easy even bachelors and kids can make them easily. You can add nuts or choco chips in the mousse for enhancing its flavor.
I have used Alphonso you can use any make or type of Mangoes. The only condition is mangoes should be fresh, sweet and great to taste.
