You could make omelettes with wafers or chips for your breakfast, lunchbox or quick snack for kids. I am not a big fan of eggs but sometimes like to indulge in egg bhurji and cheese omelettes. In Mumbai or Pune you get various kind of omelettes like anda bhurji, single omelettes, double omelettes, cheese omelettes, masala omelettes, sunny side up etc. Omelettes are mainly eaten with pav or maska buns.

In Mumbai you would get best omelettes at irani bakery or on the streets during wee hours at night. In pune you would get best omelettes at Vohuman Cafe – Sassoon Road Pune. Make omelettes at home for making various kind of version.
