A unique, delicious healthy Raw Banana Kebab snack! I had lot of raw bananas back home. We love them fried however this time I thought of making something delish with them. Hence made kebabs from them. The best part is you can’t understand what is the kebab made from. It’s super yum, nutritious, delicious and too tempting.

Raw Banana Kebab

You could make chat by clubbing kebabs with some green chutney, dates chat chutney and sweet yogurt raita. We love chat back at home be it made from anything it should look and taste delicious. This Raw Banana Kebab can be served as kids lunch box, quick meals, snacks and chaats.

Guess people from Mumbai, Gujarat and Delhi are hardcore chat fans! Especially during monsoon hot chats like ragda patties, aloo chaat, aloo tikki chaat and corn chat are just amazing. Also there are lot of people in monsoon who like to trek and travel at various water falls like DudhSagar ahead of Goa, the famous bushy dam, mulshi dam in pune etc. Hope these destinations inspire you guys to enjoy monsoon with heavy pours.

I just love monsoon and back in school have been days where I have never used my umbrella. Have got drenched in rains and come home. Told mom it was pouring so badly that umbrella wasn’t enough 🙂 🙂 ….. I am sure you must have also done something like this in childhood… which brings a smile on your face now also…

If you not a fan of raw banana just replace them with potatoes. However once you make them with raw banana you won’t be able to find difference it tastes almost same like potatoes. Bananas either raw Or ripe are great for digestion and required vitamins for your body. So don’t wait just try these yummy chat today 😉 and enjoy.

Let’s make raw banana kebab step by step:

2. Also you could make this mixture in advance and store them into fridge.
3. It's important both potatoes and raw bananas are cooked properly before making kebabs. You could steam them, microwave them Or pressure cook your choice. I mostly microwave as its more convenient for me.
