Watermelon Raspberry Margarita

September 9, 2011 by maria 2 Comments

Hello everyone first of all would like to apologies as my site was down for a few days. Never mind I have come up with my first watermelon margarita recipe. Yum, healthy, low cal and great to beat summer. You could call this recipe Watermelon Margarita, Watermelon Margarita Mix, Watermelon Margarita on the rocks. Reason being it is just not made of fresh watermelons but fresh raspberries too!

Watermelon Raspberry Margarita

I love to have natural Margarita. Hence I haven’t used any artificial flavor or syrups in this margarita. It is purely made from fresh fruits. Yeah you could add lemonade or hard drinks if you want a fusion.

Watermelon Raspberry Margarita

This watermelon margarita is simple, easy and healthy too. Hmmm even children can make them easily. My family loved it. Also if the melons are sweet there is no need to add sugar. Watermelons have great water content and vitamins. It is great to have watermelons in summer. Also it consists of fibre which are great for human body.

Tip:

  1. For decoration of salt. Take a flat plate or background. Spread sea salt or normal salt on it. Take the glasses in which you gonna serve margarita. Just rub the mouth of the glass with water. Place the glass upside down on the salt. Just swirl on the salt. The salt will stick to the surface of the mouth of the glass. Now gently pour the margarita. This gives a classic look to your margarita.
  2. Other way you could decorate are with few mint leaves Or Rose petals.
