This is one of my best cakes next time I will try the same cake but eggless version. You could call it as Banana Loaf, Banana Bread, Banana Cake Or Banana Loaf With White Chocolate ! leave upto you…..

Banana Loaf with White Chocolate

Earlier also I have made banana bread but I wasn’t content with it. But this time I am satisfied and looking forward to make some more banana loaf. May be with a different flavor. The texture is so nice that the cake just melts in your mouth. You can store them in a air tight box in fridge. Just thaw it before eating Or if you don’t have the patience like me than just microwave for 20 to 30 seconds :)….

Hi Maria! I tried the recipe last nite and it turned out pretty good. I feel it doesn’t look as crumbly as yours and it could do with a little more sweetness. What step would I add the sugar? Also do u hav a YouTube video of this recipe? I feel maybe I mixed too much and that’s why it’s so firm. Thanks!

Renu thankyou for trying the cake 🙂 Yeah too much beating isn’t good for the cake. I don’t have a you tube video for recipes as yet. Also I haven’t added sugar instead have added white chocolate which yield the required sweetness to this cake.

Thanks Rajashree 🙂 ….. actually condensed milk will somewhat change the texture of the cake. You could skip chocolate in that case you could use 100 ml milk + 2 tbsp milk powder. Also you could try condensed milk as well and lemme know how it turned out…. take care
