Yippee this is my first Raspberry recipe that too a Raspberry Smoothie Recipe. Vegans could use soy milk instead of cow milk. Also I have used yogurt vegan could use tofu. Do try this yum Raspberry Smoothie Recipe healthy and lovely. Also it is an ideal time to have raspberry smoothie In India as summer has started. Moreover its womens day so MY Raspberry Smoothie is dedicated to all lovely ladies in the world… HAPPY WOMENS DAY 🙂 Cheers!

Raspberry Smoothie Recipe

Raspberries I love them. But it is sad you don’t get raspberries easily available in India. You only get them in Crawford Market in Mumbai. Aah! I will wait when Raspberries would be sold more in India and becomes a commonly found fruit. The  Raspberry packet I had. I wanted to utilize them by making some great recipes . I made Raspberry Gelato Recipe, Raspberry Cake with Frosting and Lastly Raspberry Smoothie Recipe.

I am truly a fan of Raspberries. I am longing for more Raspberries. I am waiting to make more raspberry recipe. Guess have showered too much love on them. But I am desperately waiting to make more raspberry recipes may be preserves, cakes, cookies, ice cream, pastries, milkshakes……

Raspberry Smoothie Recipe

I can go on with My love for but don’t wanna bore you. Just one more thing Raspberries have amazing health benefits. Try to include them in your diet. By the way I couldn’t get some more pics. As this smoothie got over as soon as I made them.

Total Time; 5 mins

Serves: 3 to 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries (Red Or Black any color would do)
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder (Optional)
  • 2 Cup Yogurt Or 100 gms Tofu
  • 2 Cup Milk Or Soy Milk
  • Sugar As Required
  • Ice cubes (Optional)

Method:

Wash the Raspberries and chop them. Combine all the above ingredients into the grinder.

Grind for about 2 mins until they blend well.

Your Raspberry Smoothie is ready to be served.

Raspberry Smoothie Recipe

Serve chilled also you could top with Ice cream. Also garnish with nuts Or Chocolate Syrup.

Do try this amazing smoothie. The yogurt makes it thicker and creamier. The dash of Cocoa Powder just makes it perfect.

Tip:

  1. You could add dry fruits if you wish to.
  2. Also you could try the same smoothie with other fruits.
