Glutenfree Marble Cake (3)

I have added three colors mainly. You could play with your cake with colors and patterns. I love being creative and seeing the cake post baked with lovely colors. It reminded me of colorful balloon which I used to play in childhood.

In Goa ribbon cake is made with rice flour. I have utilized the same ingredients but made a marble cake with it. Also a lot of eggs go in making ribbon cake. This recipe is modified by me and also some flavors. Hopefully last dessert I am sharing for 2013. More to come in 2014 and wish all my readers, subscribers and friends a very happy and joyous newyear god bless you all.
