Homemade Mango Icecream

I didn’t expect the Mango Icecream to taste so great. It was beyond my expectations. Probably the ingredients and flavors I used combined well with Mango . The outcome was thick, luscious, soft, delicious, healthy and satisfying Mango Icecream :)….. My family including my pet loved it so much that the Icecream is almost over in 2 days. I usually make them now at home and we all drool.

There are lot of  Mango dishes prepared in summer in India. Some of the specialty are Mango Amrakhand with Puri, Aam Pak, Mango Kulfi, Mango Lassi, Mango Curry, Mango Chutney, Mango Pickle and the list is endless. You come to know Indians are passionate about Mango from the various dishes prepared from mango across the regions in India.

Let’s make Mango Icecream stepwise:

1. Firstly peel off the Mango skin. Now cut the mango flesh into small pieces. Grind them into a smooth puree. Keep this aside.

Komal vanilla essence is not required here also vanilla powder adding is optional. If possible add some rose syrup and have the icecream which could dilute the taste of vanilla essence.
