But just watch out the kiwis should be sweet and not sour else you will have sour kiwi icecream. So lets get mad like me and make this Eggless Kiwi Icecream. Healthy, Tasty kiwi icecream with no fuss of icecream maker or complications.
I have used kiwis as main ingredient for flavor. Next time I am gonna experiment with different flavors and variations with kiwi icecream. This is my first attempt to make icecream from kiwi and was happy with them. Although the kiwis are tangy and sour most of the times in India. So please taste your kiwis before making the icecream.
Kiwis have some great health benefits. They provide excellent source of vitamin C, rich in many vitamins, flavonoids, minerals. It gives good skin along with good heart. So do include kiwi in your diet atleast weekly if you can 🙂
