Eggless Kiwi Icecream recipe with step by step photos.. It turned out damn delicious and we ate like crazy. But just watch out the kiwis should be sweet and not sour else you will have sour kiwi icecream. So lets get mad like me and make this Eggless Kiwi Icecream. Healthy, Tasty kiwi icecream with no fuss of icecream maker or complications.

Eggless Kiwi Icecream

I have used kiwis as main ingredient for flavor. Next time I am gonna experiment with different flavors and variations with kiwi icecream. This is my first attempt to make icecream from kiwi and was happy with them. Although the kiwis are tangy and sour most of the times in India. So please taste your kiwis before making the icecream.

Eggless Kiwi Icecream

Kiwis have some great health benefits. They provide excellent source of vitamin C, rich in many vitamins, flavonoids, minerals. It gives good skin along with good heart. So do include kiwi in your diet atleast weekly if you can 🙂

Eggless Kiwi Icecream

Anyways let me quickly share this recipe with all of you.

Total Time: 20 mins making + 3 hours Or more until firm in freezer.

Serves: 8 t0 10 people

Ingredients:

  1. 100 ml milk
  2. 200 ml full cream
  3. 1.5 cup thick coconut milk
  4. 2 kiwis skin peeled and chopped into cubes
  5. 2 cups sugar Or as sweetness required
  6. 1/2 cup pecans Or walnuts optional
Method:

Combine full cream, milk and sugar. Also add chopped kiwi now blend them into a processor until smooth batter is formed. Kiwi lumps are fine.

Eggless Kiwi Icecream

Now combine thick coconut milk and mix all. Lastly add chopped walnuts Or pecans. Combine all again with a spoon.

Eggless Kiwi Icecream

Pour the batter into the desired icecream mould. Freeze for 3 hours Or until firm.

Eggless Kiwi Icecream

Scoop out the icecream. Serve chilled on a platter with kiwis and chocolate chips Or sauce.

Tip:

  • Vegans can discard cream and replace with coconut cream.
  • Also you could add 2 mashed bananas for a different flavor.

    Nice to know its good for vitamin C.kiwi Ice-Cream looks fabulous,the color & the way its served attracted me the most.I gonna try it for my guests.

    Oooh-kiwi and coconut milk, how awesome that must taste. I’ll bet this ice cream disappeared in a flash. Very well done, nice to have a recipe for ice cream that does have its health benefits-buzz, buzz!
