Low Fat Banana Yogurt Cake

October 22, 2013 by maria 3 Comments

Moist, healthy, inviting is Low Fat Banana Yogurt Cake!

I had some bananas which had actually ripen so much that you don’t feel like eating them. But these bananas are great to make Banana bread Or Banana cakes. Low Fat Banana Yogurt Cake has mild taste of bananas, some yogurt, some chocochips and some peels makes this cake yummy.

Low Fat Banana Yogurt Cake

Generally don’t like to make banana cakes as the cake tastes dense and too much of bananas. This time I thought and did lot of research and came up with my own version. The best part is my hubby loved them and so his office mates.

Instead of sugar I used organic golden sugar which increases the nutrition value of the cake. So this Low Fat Banana Yogurt Cake is ideal for growing kids and banana lovers 🙂 …… if you have some stale bananas you know what to do with them now right don’t you?
