Comfort yourself this winter with warm, healthy and nutritious food make these low fat Multigrain Roti Recipe. Now what is Multigrain Roti ? rotis are nothing but Indian flat bread made with multi grains. Today I made Sarson ka saag so made these Multigrain Roti instead of makai ki roti. Multigrain Roti is so simple and quick to make even beginners can make them easily.
Today’s busy world sometimes we forget to eat a nutritious meal and eat junk food. So watch out next time what you eating during lunch hours Or tea time. Most of the times we hog on burgers, french fries, munch on chips, fries etc which are again fatty and not so healthy.
I am making a conscious effort to watch out what I am eating. Even if I am eating junk I eat in full awareness. This helps me to eat less of unhealthy and junk food. Hope this helps you too. It’s okay sometimes to indulge in junk food but don’t make an habit. Let’s talk some thing lighter. Hmmmm December is closeby so celebration time and loads of desserts, sweets and savories to make and indulge on 😉
Lemme also mention my hubby loved the taste of these rotis so much he had five of them and ate less of rice. So I am planning to make twice in a week atleast. You could also eat multigrain roti as tea time snack.

is the roti soft for kids? where di you get the organic flour fro?
maria says
Amanpreet you could add more of wheat flour and less on grain flour to make soft rotis. Organic flour is easily available of all kind at Hypermarket or organic shops. Also you could order them online.

I love rotis and we often eat them with the curries my husband makes. He buys them ready made from an Indian shop and then freezes them in smaller lots. I will show him this recipe and he can buy the ingredients instead and try to make them himself.
