How to make Mushroom Stir Fry (Quick & Easy)

Sometimes I also use this recipe as a stuffing for my Kathi rolls or toast sandwich. Usually, make quick stir fries on days I have less time and very hungry. Mushrooms are great for health as they have amino acids and required nutrient’s required for the body.

I have used celery leaves, basil leaves which are optional. For some seasoning and flavor have added Sichuan pepper and black pepper powder. You could also add bell pepper to this recipe. Further, add dried herbs for variation. Tried to keep the recipe simple and quick.

We love quick stir fries like mushroom chili stir fry, potato stir fry, veg stir fried rice, sweetcorn stir fry and tadka stir fry rice. Sometimes also make idli stir fry, bread stir fry and prawns stir fries.
