I am sure there are lot of watermelon recipes. However I have just tried to make it slightly tangier by adding lime and ginger, however adding ginger and lime both are optional.
Some benefits of watermelon are aids digestion, provides minerals, vitamins to the body. Watermelon has a lot of water content and fiber which is great to beat the heat in summer, acts as a coolant to our bodies.
You could also try amla juice, bel juice, kokam sherbet, aloevera juice, rose milk, thandai, chaas, badam milk, falooda, nimbu pani etc to keep yourself hydrated during summer.

Hi Maria,
A very interesting combo using chat masala. I’ve never thought of doing that. I might try it myself and see what it tastes like.
Out of interest how did u come up with the idea of using such spices? And do you use other spices for other drinks?
maria says
Thankyou Joana being Indian mostly all our juice or drinks are flavored with spices. Depending on the juice the spice powder changes hope this help’s.

Wow that looks so refreshing and delicious! I will totally be trying this. I get severe migraines and they are especially bad when I’m pregnant and can’t take anything for them, but I found that eating watermelon seems to naturally help relieve the pain. So this is totally on my must make list!
maria says
Thanks for your views. Yeah watermelons are great. Since you have migraines just check if ice cubes are good for you. Otherwise have this juice without ice cubes. Do try out and lemme know how it was. Also I am just thinking instead of Chat Masala you could add Crushed Black pepper.
Cheers! God bless you.
