My childhood memories are revived back with this Crispy Shrimp Fritters. Me and my sis have relished this Crispy Shrimp Fritters to the core. I still love it and I am thankful to my mom for making this Crispy Shrimp Fritters again for me. It’s slightly drizzling and this Crispy Shrimp Fritters is a warm welcome to rains. Crispy Shrimp Fritters is spicy, smoky, hot, tasty, filling and is great as a side starter. But just a warning don’t eat too much of shrimp or prawns in rainy season as it creates lot of heat and warmth in your body.

Tried it out but as I did not have shrimps I used two cans of Tuna — white meat (170 g x 2) instead. Flavored it with some balsamic vinegar and it was delicious. I wonder if you have the recipe for beef croquettes, roast beef, potato bhaji somosas.
    God bless.
