How to make Beetroot Raita (Easy & Healthy)

Beetroot is very healthy as it lowers pressure provides nutrients to our body and is great for anemic patient’s. For some reason, I cannot eat beetroot in raw form. Hence, find innovative ideas to consume them in form or rice, parathas, cakes and raitas. Even fussy eaters would eat this raita and relish them as my hubby did. In fact, I could just eat them just like that sometimes even add little sugar it tastes even much better 🙂

This is a quick recipe all you need is chilled yogurt and boiled beetroot. You could use raw beetroot but I prefer boiled. For adding some spice added green chilies. The sweetness from the beetroot and spice coming from chilies perfectly balances the raita. Just to add some tang add chat masala.

This raita looks good, tastes good and feels good. Seldomly you come across dishes which has a good presentation by itself. Mostly you have to garnish the dish to look good.
