Why grapes??? because it’s full of antioxidants, vitamin and minerals. They are good for controlling pressure in body, good for your heart, great for skin and curbs ageing. Grapes is one of the oldest fruit mentioned even in bible.

Green Grapes Juice 11

Many products are made from grapes like jam, wines, raisins etc. They are used both is fresh and dried form. Grapes are mainly of 3 kind green grape, black grape and red grape. Some grapes comes with seed and some don’t. I have used a seedless green grape for the juice. So don’t wait make a glass today it’s good for you.

You could also use grape juice in cocktails and mocktails. Serve with sandwiches, pizzas etc as breakfast. I have tried some of fruit juice recipes like blackgrape juice, pomegranate juice and orange basil juice.

recipeIngredient (used american measuring cup, 1 cup = 250 ml)
  • 250 gm fresh green-grapes seedless
  • ½ lime juice
  • few ice cubes
How to make the recipe?
  1. Combine grapes, lemon juice and ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Blend until all forms a juice.
  3. Serve in tall glasses chilled.
Notes
Lime juice is optional. IF you making the juice and having instantly then it's fine but if you have the juice after some time it might get discolored. So use lime juice to prevent discoloration.
It's always advisable to have any fruit juice as soon as it's made. Else freeze the juice and have later.
