Sipping strawberry juices are healthy as they are full of vitamins, minerals, folic acid, vitamin C, antioxidants. They keep cholesterol at bay, good for heart, great for skin and hair. They also help is increasing iron levels and reduce anemia. So start including strawberries in your daily food.

Make variety of berry shakes by adding oats, chocolate, nuts etc making them more nutritive and healthy. Also smoothies and sorbets could be made easily with berries. We generally have fruit juices with dry fruits and sandwiches for morning breakfast.

You get some amazing strawberries with cream at Panchgani and Mahableshwar. Now you get the same at pune also at e-street juice center. You could make them home too but cream has lot of calories so be careful while indulging.
