Garlic Mushrooms on Toast – Quick recipes for Bachelors

Again I am hopping on Mushy Mushy Mushrooms today. This is my second recipe on Mushrooms Garlic Mushrooms on Toast. I wasn’t sure what to name since Garlic is used I named it Garlic Mushrooms on Toast – Quick recipes for Bachelors. Its delicious at the same time healthy. Garlic Mushrooms on Toast is amazing to have early morning. Mushrooms are rich in amino acids and proteins. What more could you ask for breakfast than Garlic Mushrooms on Toast with some cheese… sounds yummy.

Garlic Mushrooms on Toast - Quick recipes for Bachelors

I have specially posted this Garlic Mushrooms on Toast recipe for Bachelor. One of my friend requested me to put some instant breakfast. So this one is for you and all the Bachelors in the country :). This dish is quick and instant. Just a suggestion for all people who stay single. Always buy mushrooms, milk,bread, butter, cheese and some vegetables. Also don’t forget to keep Biscuits, Oats, Cornflakes, Eggs, Juices,Rice,Maggi Noodles and some Masalas. These would always be handy for you and save you on any Hungry day. So what are you waiting for please show your culinary skills and art to people whom you wanna impress.

You could also check some more sandwiches recipes like mumbai masala toast sandwich, mashed potatoes sandwich and corn cheese chili toast sandwich.

Total Time: 20 mins ( 1o mins Bread Toast rest preparation time)

Ingredients:

  • 4 Bread Slices
  • 7 to 8 Button Mushrooms ( Chopped medium size)
  • 1 Green Chili Chopped Finely
  • 2 Spring Onion Or 1 Onion Chopped finely
  • Crushed Black Pepper
  • 10 Garlic chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Or any Vegetable Oil Or Butter
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 Cheese Slices

Method:

There are 2 ways of making it.

One if for people who do not have toaster or grill and one is for people who have a toaster maker.

People who don’t have toaster maker. Don’t you worry. Just Take a Pan. Roast bread from both sides until golden brown. Ensure your gas flame is low or medium. Once bread is toasted evenly. Place a Cheese Slice on it. Now add the filling evenly on the Bread described below. Sprinkle crushed Black Pepper on it. Now just place it in your mouth lol.

For Filling:

Take a small Pan add 1 tbsp Butter Or Olive Oil.

Saute chopped Garlic for a minute on low fire.

Now add chillies, spring Onion and saute it. Garlic Mushrooms on Toast – Quick recipes for Bachelors

Its time to put mushrooms and saute for 5 mins. Sprinkle some salt on it.

Now take a slice of Bread place a cheese slice on it. Spread the filling evenly on it.

Sprinkle crushed black pepper.

Cover with another bread. Repeat the same procedure with the other 2 breads. Toast them on your toastmaker. Once its crisp and golden brown. Your Garlic Mushrooms on Toast is ready. Serve hot with Sauce or Chutney also don’t forget a cup of Chai.

Tip:

  1. Once you chop Mushrooms place them in water else it will start discoloring
  2. Never wash Mushrooms just wipe them with damp Cloth
  3. You could use any vegetable if you don’t have mushrooms like Paneer, Shredded Chicken, Mashed Potatoes Or Spinach.
